Recipe for romance

When I was first planning this post, I knew I wanted to write about a destination. I was wondering, where would a romantic destination be? I thought: Venice, Paris, even the Hearst castle came to mind. But in the end I chose another place which is a place extremely dear to me. I just spent a few days in my old home town north of Copenhagen. And though all previous options would be fantastic, I think that none of them compare. I actually cannot think of a more romantic place in the whole wide world.

For me, a romantic summer should include: white and floaty dresses, long summer nights by the lake, drinking iced tea + eating icecream until your stomach hurts, bicycling, picnics, skinny-dipping, walking through the woods with your dog, wathcing the sky.. loving, playing, laughing.
